Junto a las claras a\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n una pizca de sal, pimienta al gusto y or\u00e9gano. Volvemos a tapar la sart\u00e9n y lo dejamos 5 minutos m\u00e1s con el fuego un punto m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/li>\n<li>Finalmente, destapamos, a\u00f1adimos un poco de queso por encima y con el fuego apagado lo dejamos reposar 2 minutos con la sart\u00e9n tapada para que con el calor residual el queso empiece a fundirse.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>* Esta tortilla la puedes acompa\u00f1ar con un poco de pan integral para que la comida sea completa.
