Con el horno previamente encendido para que coja temperatura, las horneamos boca abajo en una fuente de horno a 180-200\u00baC durante unos 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez este cocida, vaciamos la pulpa de la berenjena, sin pasarnos para que mantenga su forma de cuenco, y mezclamos la pulpa con la salsa bolo\u00f1esa vegetal. Aqu\u00ed os dejamos nuestra receta. Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adir si ten\u00e9is algunas sobras que teng\u00e1is perdidas por la nevera, en nuestro caso hemos puesto tambi\u00e9n unas alubias blancas.<\/li>\n<li>Y para terminar, solo queda espolvorear un poco de queso para gratinar por encima y de vuelta al horno.
