Una vez est\u00e9 todo bien mezclado, a\u00f1adimos el huevo batido y empezamos a amasar hasta conseguir una pasta moldeable y homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando hayamos conseguido la masa, hacemos bolitas y las aplastamos un poco para conseguir una forma redondeada de galleta. En caso de que la masa haya quedado demasiado l\u00edquida, puedes poner cucharadas de la masa directamente en la bandeja de horno con un papel para hornear.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>En una bandeja de horno, las horneamos en el horno previamente calentado a 180-200\u00baC durante 10 minutos aproximadamente. Ir con cuidado que se cocinan r\u00e1pidamente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>*El eritritol es un edulcorante (polialcohol) que se produce de forma natural en frutas y alimentos fermentados, es casi tan dulce como el az\u00facar, tiene la misma textura y volumen, no aporta calor\u00edas, no es cariog\u00e9nico y que se tolera muy bien.
