Una vez los tengamos limpios, los cortamos a dados grandes. Tambi\u00e9n pelamos y picamos la cebolla o el puerro.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0En una olla, rehogamos la cebolla o puerro con un chorro de aceite de oliva, y en cuando est\u00e9 transparente a\u00f1adimos el calabac\u00edn troceado. Lo dejamos cocinar unos minutos mientras removemos bien y lo cubrimos con agua o caldo de verduras.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de dejarlo hervir unos 12 minutos a fuego medio lo retiramos del fuego y retiramos un poco del caldo si vemos que hay mucho. Con una batidora trituramos hasta conseguir una textura fina y cremosa. Como m\u00e1s caldo dejemos, m\u00e1s ligera ser\u00e1, as\u00ed que es mejor sacar bastante y despu\u00e9s volverlo a a\u00f1adir si la textura es demasiada espesa.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez tengamos la crema de calabac\u00edn fr\u00eda, a\u00f1adimos k\u00e9fir, aproximadamente unos 100 ml por raci\u00f3n y lo volvemos a llevar a la nevera hasta que sea el momento de servirla.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la emplat\u00e9is, pod\u00e9is decorar con unas gotas de k\u00e9fir y un chorro de aceite de oliva como nosotras.
