Cuando empiecen a dorarse ser\u00e1 el momento de sacarlas.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras se cocinan en el horno, mezclamos en un bol el yogur griego, en nuestro caso era de soja, la leche o bebida vegetal, 1 diente de ajo machacado, una cucharada de aceite de oliva y una pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n desgranamos media granada y la reservamos para la presentaci\u00f3n del plato.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez est\u00e9n cocinadas las berenjenas las colocamos en una fuente boca arriba, las cubrimos con la salsa de yogur y las decoramos con la granada, un poco de romero y especies. En nuestro caso hemos utilizado garam massala. I finalmente, las ali\u00f1amos con aceite de oliva.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0* En el momento de hacer la salsa, puedes sustituir la leche o bebida vegetal por un buttermilk o suero de la mantequilla.
