Despu\u00e9s sacamos las semillas y la cortamos en gajos. Salpimentamos, ali\u00f1amos con un buen chorro de aceite, y la mezclamos bien con las manos. Lo ponemos en una bandeja cubierta con papel de horno y horneamos 40 minutos a 220\u00ba con el horno previamente calentado hasta que quede bien cocida y un poco tostada.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras tenemos la calabaza en el horno, aprovechamos para preparar la salsa. En una sart\u00e9n caliente vertemos la mantequilla y la dejamos cocer 5 minutos hasta que burbujee mientras vamos mezclando para que no se queme. Una vez tenemos la mantequilla tostada y con un color m\u00e1s marronoso la retiramos del fuego y vertemos los pistachos, previamente pelados y picados a trocitos peque\u00f1os, y las especias. Mezclamos todo bien y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Para terminar la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C3I0BlVMs3c\/\">receta<\/a>, mezclamos el yogur con el zumo del medio lim\u00f3n y un poco de sal.
