Comer la piel de muchas frutas y verduras, de las que sean comestibles, nos aporta un plus de fibra y vitaminas.<\/li>\n<li>Seguidamente, con la ayuda de un epiralizador de verduras se cortan los calabacines en forma de espaguetis.
