Para hacerla, mezclamos todos los ingredientes en un cuenco y cuando la masa empiece a tomar consistencia le amasaremos a mano un buen rato (se puede ayudar de un robot de cocina si lo tiene). Terminaremos haciendo una bola y la dejaremos reposar 30 minutos tapada con un pa\u00f1o de cocina.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras la masa reposa, limpiamos bien las verduras y las cortamos en dados peque\u00f1os, m\u00e1s o menos, todos del mismo tama\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclamos en un cuenco las verduras cortadas con un chorrito de aceite, una cucharada peque\u00f1a de sal y una de piment\u00f3n en polvo.<\/li>\n<li>Estiramos la masa con un rodillo ayud\u00e1ndonos de un poco m\u00e1s de harina para que no se pegue.<\/li>\n<li>Repartimos la mezcla de verduras por encima de la masa y ya podemos ponerla en el horno, previamente calentado a 180\u00ba, con calor arriba y abajo unos 20 \u2013 25 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 cocida.
