Si fuera necesario, puede a\u00f1adir un poco de agua o vino durante la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras se sofr\u00ede la cebolla, limpie la coliflor y retire el tallo m\u00e1s grueso (se puede congelar y reaprovechar para hacer crema, ya que es una parte muy rica en calcio).
