_module_preset=\u00bbe79a0383-3290-4062-9733-83c5523e385f\u00bb text_font=\u00bbInter||||||||\u00bb text_font_size=\u00bb16px\u00bb text_line_height=\u00bb1.8em\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]\n<ol>\n<li>Limpiamos la calabaza, debemos hacerlo bien porque no la pelaremos, la abrimos por la mitad y vaciamos las semillas de su interior.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos las dos mitades en medias rodajas de 2-3 cent\u00edmetros de grosor sin quitarle la piel.<\/li>\n<li>Untamos los cortes de calabaza con una fina capa de aceite, podemos ayudarnos de un pincel de cocina.<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos los trozos de calabaza en una bandeja con un papel de horno y salpimentamos al gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Horneamos la calabaza, con el horno previamente caliente, aproximadamente 30 minutos a 200\u00ba con calor arriba y abajo para tener una cocci\u00f3n m\u00e1s homog\u00e9nea y conseguir que la calabaza quede un poco tostada.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras la calabaza se cocina al horno, en una sart\u00e9n podemos una cucharada de aceite de coco y asamos las pipas de calabaza y las ali\u00f1amos con las especias al gusto.
