Por lo tanto, nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n tiene que basarse en este tipo de alimentos frescos; el resto se consideran productos procesados o\u00a0ultraprocessats, y hay que evitar el m\u00e1ximo posible.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Los productos\u00a0ultraprocessats\u00a0no son comer porque no alimentan! Por lo tanto, para aprender a comer saludable es indispensable identificar los alimentos sanos\u00a0de los cuales\u00a0no lo son.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4><strong>Por qu\u00e9 tienes que evitar los productos procesados para comer saludable?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pues por varias razones en realidad. Veamos algunas&#8230; Los productos procesados no son recomendables porque:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ante todo son demasiado ricos en calor\u00edas, sal, az\u00facar y grasas de mala calidad.<\/li>\n<li>Adem\u00e1s son pobres en nutrientes beneficiosos como vitaminas, minerales, fibra y fitoqu\u00edmicos.<\/li>\n<li>As\u00ed mismo, desplazan el consumo de alimentos saludables;<\/li>\n<li>En consecuencia, su consumo se ha relacionado con un riesgo de mortalidad m\u00e1s grande;<\/li>\n<li>Y por \u00faltimo, si dejas de consumirlos mejora no solo tu salud sino el peso corporal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<h4 class=\"form-control second-textarea\"><strong>C\u00f3mo podemos diferenciar entre comer de verdad o producto procesado?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>En general, si no ten\u00e9is <strong>etiqueta<\/strong>, probablemente son adecuados.
