A t\u00fa no te pasa que a veces que a las 7 de la tarde tienes una hambre de perro y empiezas a picotear para poder aguantar hasta la hora de la cena? Porque el que aqu\u00ed te est\u00e1 pidiendo tu cuerpo es que cenes a las 7! Porque estamos programados para lo cual.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u00e9 podemos hacer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si quieres aprender (de verdad) a comer saludable tendr\u00e1s que trabajar, sin duda, este punto. Algunas recomendaciones para ayudarte a no comer demasiado tarde:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Avanza la hora de las comidas para que el reparto cal\u00f3rico diario est\u00e9 decantado hacia la primera mitad del d\u00eda. Come de 12:30h a 14:00h y cenar de 18:00h \u2013 20:00h.<\/div>\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Planifica tu men\u00fa semanal para dejar poco espacio a la improvisaci\u00f3n y reducir las posibilidades de\u00a0malmenjar.<br \/>\nPlanifica los horarios de comer, sobre todo los familiares. Si te preocupa que el avanzar los horarios haga que no pod\u00e1is cenar todos juntos, por ejemplo, preg\u00fantate lo siguiente puedo cenar antes y compartir<br \/>\nen familia una infusi\u00f3n, el caf\u00e9 o una partida de cartas?
