Se trata de un pan salado con queso y sobrasada\u2026 nada ligero, pero en d\u00edas especiales hay que comer cosas especiales, verdad?\u00a0 (para pan saludable pincha <a href=\"https:\/\/thinkeat.cat\/4-passes-per-comprar-pa\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>)<\/p>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<h4 class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Apunta, porque para la RECETA de Pan de Sant Jordi necesitar\u00e1s los siguientes ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>450 g de harina de fuerza<\/li>\n<li>250 ml de leche<\/li>\n<li>1 yema de huevo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada peque\u00f1a de sal<\/li>\n<li>20 g de aceite<\/li>\n<li>30 g de levadura fresca (no sirve la de \u00abRoyal\u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>10 g de az\u00facar de coco (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>80 g de sobrasada de Mallorca<\/li>\n<li>80 g de queso de Ma\u00f3 rayado<\/li>\n<li>45 g de nueces picadas<\/li>\n<li>OPCIONAL: Colorante alimentario amarillo y rojo en pasta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p>Mezcla y bate un poco la leche, la yema de huevo, el aceite, el az\u00facar y la levadura. Despu\u00e9s a\u00f1ade la harina y la sal y pasta. Tiene que quedar una demasiada un poco pegajosa pero no demasiada. Si es necesario a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s harina. Divide la masa en 3 bolas iguales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una la mezclamos con las nueces;<\/li>\n<li>Otra con la sobrasada y unas gotas de colorante rojo;<\/li>\n<li>Y la \u00faltima con el queso y unas gotas de colorante amarillo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unta con mantequilla y harina un molde cuadrado apto para horno. Cubre la base con la masa de nueces. Por encima ves intercalando tiras de las 2 masas de colores para formar la bandera catalana (4 rojas y 5 de amarillas). Cuidado que si no pones las franjas correctamente ya no es un Pan de Sant Jordi\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42 Deja reposar hasta que duplique su volumen. Cuece en el horno a 175 \u00b0C unos 45 minutos aproximadamente. Si es necesario tapar con un poco de papel de horno durante la primera media hora porque no se queme.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Por cierto, pod\u00e9is hacerlo sin colorante perfectamente a\u00f1adiendo un poco de\u00a0c\u00farcuma\u00a0a la mezcla \u00abamarilla\u00bb y nada a la \u00abroja\u00bb.
