En este periodo, se dice <a href=\"https:\/\/dle.rae.es\/climaterio\">climaterio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>alteraciones hormonales<\/strong> durante este periodo pueden dar lugar a varios de los siguientes <strong>s\u00edntomas<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Precoces: sofocos, irritabilidad, cambios de humor, insomnio, aumento de la grasa centralizada, aumento de colesterol, hipertensi\u00f3n, cansancio, etc.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Tard\u00edos: obesidad, osteoporosis, aumento del riesgo cardiovascular, reducci\u00f3n de la funcionalidad, etc<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a8c7af;\"><strong>Est\u00e1 justificado el miedo a la ganancia de peso durante la menopausia?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">S\u00ed, los cambios hormonales (principalmente la ausencia de estr\u00f3genos) que suceden en la menopausia afectan la ganancia de peso y, sobre todo, al aumento de grasa abdominal. Es decir, el cuerpo de la mujer adopta una forma m\u00e1s \u201cmasculina\u201d o cuadrada: mayor per\u00edmetro de cintura y menor talla (la baja densidad \u00f3sea acorta el tronco). Y adem\u00e1s, este d\u00e9ficit hormonal no nos pone las cosas f\u00e1ciles y sino, atenci\u00f3n a algunas de las causas que provocan estos cambios en la <strong>composici\u00f3n corporal<\/strong>:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e1s apetito<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1s ansiedad (apetecido por el dulce)<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1s cansancio (menos movimiento)<\/li>\n<li>Menor metabolismo basal (se queman menos calor\u00edas por la p\u00e9rdida muscular)<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">S\u00edndrome de adaptaci\u00f3n (efecto rebote)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Obviamente, es fundamental trabajar la aceptaci\u00f3n de estos cambios corporales, aun as\u00ed, esto no quiere decir resignarse a ellos, <a href=\"https:\/\/dle.rae.es\/climaterio\">podemos hacer mucho<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Es cierto que en esta etapa tenemos que poner m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n que nunca a nuestro estilo de vida, pero <strong>PARA NADA<\/strong> significa que vayas a ganar peso seguro o que ya sea imposible perderlo. El que s\u00ed que significa es que comer sano y hacer deporte aer\u00f3bico y de fuerza S<strong>ON COMPLETAMENTE IMPRESCI<\/strong>NDIBLES, ahora m\u00e1s que nunca.<\/p>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">En base a nuestra experiencia, os podemos decir que hemos acompa\u00f1ado a muchas mujeres durante el climaterio y podemos asegurar que con un buen trabajo y con constancia se consiguen cambios corporales (p\u00e9rdida de peso y grasa con preservaci\u00f3n de la masa muscular) espectaculares. Para lo cual, es imprescindible poner en <strong>pr\u00e1ctica ejercicios de monitorizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En general, algunas de las estrategias implican aumentar las raciones diarias de fruta y verdura, evitar las comidas procesadas con az\u00facares y grasas malsanas y el alcohol, evitar la vida sedentaria aumentando el n\u00famero de pasos diarios (andar, dejar el coche\/moto, reducir horas sentado) y realizar ejercicios de fuerza muscular (a casa, en el gimnasio, etc.). Todo esto sin hacer dietas estrictas, para evitar el s\u00edndrome de adaptaci\u00f3n (efecto rebote) y cuidar la nutrici\u00f3n de los sistemas \u00f3seo, d\u00e9rmico y cardiovascular.
