Obviamente, los reyes ya decidir\u00e1n qu\u00e9 nos llevan y que no porque, aunque hemos estado buenas, sabemos que es imposible que nos lo lleven todo. No sabemos si ser\u00edan los deseos de cualquier nutricionista, pero probablemente se asemejar\u00edan mucho. Aqu\u00ed van:<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Que se respeten en el mundo las tradiciones alimentarias.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los turrones en Navidad, los helados en verano y los bu\u00f1uelos en Semana Santa. A alguien le parece normal comer turrones de septiembre a febrero? O antes incluso que los\u00a0panellets?<\/p>\n<p>Hay tantas tradiciones ligadas a la gastronom\u00eda que si las alargamos todas y adoptamos incluso las otros pa\u00edses (Halloween, Acci\u00f3n de gracias&#8230;), no lo dejamos de celebrar todo a deshora.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\"><em>La rutina alimentaria es necesaria para mantener la ilusi\u00f3n de comer algo extraordinaria en un d\u00eda especial.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-33134 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thinkeat.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/closeup-plate-with-catalan-panellets-and-some-roasted-almonds-in-small-bag-on-wooden-table-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Que comer su no sea visto como hacer dieta.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Est\u00e1 tan normalizado comer mal y demasiado que cuando comemos \u00abnormal\u00bb (es decir, sano y en su justa medida) tenemos la sensaci\u00f3n de estar a dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Tendr\u00edamos que poder pedir una ensalada en una pizzer\u00eda o no beber el alcohol un s\u00e1bado por la noche sin sentir presi\u00f3n social, ni externa ni interna.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">No hay que decir que tampoco tendr\u00edamos que sentir presi\u00f3n social por comida una pizza 4 quesos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Que se respete la palabra del dietista-nutricionista como profesional sanitario que es.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Del mismo modo que no ponemos en entredicho la opini\u00f3n profesional de expertos en otras materias como un arquitecto o un abogado (porque no tenemos ni idea de planos o leyes), no lo tenemos que hacer en t\u00e9rminos de nutrici\u00f3n con un dietista-nutricionista.<\/p>\n<p>Por qu\u00e9 decimos esto? Porque, igual que pasa con el f\u00fatbol, \u200b\u200bparece que la alimentaci\u00f3n es un tema sobre el cual todo el mundo se atreve a opinar, incluso contradiciendo las recomendaciones de los expertos que s\u00ed que saben sobre el tema y dedican sus vidas en el estudio y la actualizaci\u00f3n de esta profesi\u00f3n sanitaria.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Las recomendaciones de un dietista-nutricionista no son opiniones personales, son recomendaciones basadas en la ciencia, con un consenso amplio entre profesionales sanitarios y definidas con detalle por sociedades cient\u00edficas en documentos de consenso validados.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Una situaci\u00f3n muy habitual es, por ejemplo, dudar sobre las recomendaciones del consumo de carne. La recomendaci\u00f3n de consumir entre 0 y 3 raciones como m\u00e1ximo de carne (blanca+roja) en la semana no es la opini\u00f3n personal del dietista-nutricionista sino que los estudios reflejan que es m\u00e1s saludable para la poblaci\u00f3n. Es decir, 0 es m\u00e1s saludable que 4. Por lo tanto, el usual comentario \u00abpues yo opino que hay que comer m\u00e1s carne\u00bb es inadecuado y peligroso. S\u00ed, puedes opinar que fumar es sano, todo es opinable, pero es inadecuado y peligroso. Por cierto, esta recomendaci\u00f3n la ten\u00e9is detallada al nuevo <a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/www.aesan.gob.es\/AECOSAN\/docs\/documentos\/nutricion\/RECOMENDACIONES_DIETETICAS.pdf\">documento<\/a> de recomendaciones gubernamentales de la\u00a0AESAN\u00a0para la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola de diciembre de 2022.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Que rebajen el precio del caf\u00e9 a todos los que nos dejamos la galleta y los az\u00facares.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Sab\u00e9is la cantidad de galletas y az\u00facar que nos ahorramos en el a\u00f1o? A 2 caf\u00e9s en el d\u00eda,\u00a05\u00a0d\u00edas en la semana,\u00a011\u00a0meses en el a\u00f1o&#8230; acabamos dejando a tabla 440 galletas y 440 az\u00facares, es decir, nos ahorramos 3,4 kg de galletas y unos 3 kg de az\u00facar aproximadamente. Aqu\u00ed es nada! Dedo en calor\u00edas vac\u00edas, nos ahorramos 28.720\u00a0kcal\u00a0(el equivalente a\u00a016\u00a0d\u00edas enteros de comida). Y el trabajo que esto cuesta,\u00a0oi?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">A todos los valientes, los persistentes, los que lo ten\u00e9is claro&#8230; Nos merecemos un premio! Y a los que todav\u00eda no hab\u00e9is abandonado el h\u00e1bito de a\u00f1adir az\u00facar, os deseamos que estos datos os animen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-33137 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thinkeat.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/cup-of-tea-with-oatmeal-cookies-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Que reine la conciencia sobre el que comemos.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sabes qu\u00e9 comes? Pues deber\u00edas. Es curioso como damos tan poca importancia a algo que literalmente metemos dentro de nuestro cuerpo varias veces en el d\u00eda y que de una manera u otra pasa a formar parte de nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Vivimos anestesiados por un sistema exageradamente consumista. En el \u00e1mbito de la alimentaci\u00f3n, la publicidad y el ritmo de vida actual, entre otro motivo, agravian el problema. Nos crean necesidades de consumo innecesarias como, por ejemplo, creemos que necesitamos comprar el \u00faltimo sabor de turr\u00f3n del mercado. Tambi\u00e9n caemos a menudo a la trampa de frases que hacen que el producto parezca m\u00e1s saludable como \u00abcon aceite de oliva\u00bb o \u00abintegral\u00bb pero que en realidad intentan esconder un producto de p\u00e9sima calidad nutricional.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\"><em>Por todo esto, deseamos que haya m\u00e1s conciencia y esp\u00edritu cr\u00edtico sobre el acto de comprar (realmente lo necesito?) y sobre que compramos (hay una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable? Sabes el que estoy comprando?).
