Por mucho que sean de color verde como el br\u00e9col, la lechuga o las espinacas, no son una verdura. Los guisantes, como los garbanzos o las lentejas, son legumbres y, como todas las otras, son ricos en prote\u00edna, fibra y carbohidratos complejos. Son un buen sustituto de las fuentes de prote\u00edna animal como carne o pescado, es decir, un maravilloso plato principal, por ejemplo.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a8c7af;\"><strong>GUISANTES DE LLAVANERES O DEL MARESME<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">El guisante es un alimento muy habitual en la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea, la dieta de nuestra casa, y tiene un reconocimiento especial si se trata del guisante de Llavaneres, un guisante con <a href=\"https:\/\/xarxaproductesdelaterra.diba.cat\/productes-singulars\/pesol-de-llavaneres\">Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Protegida<\/a>. Originario del municipio de Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, pero actualmente cultivado por toda la comarca del Maresme, se caracteriza por un tama\u00f1o no demasiado grande, pero con un sorprendente sabor dulce.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Esta legumbre se siembra durante el mes de octubre y es a partir del mes de marzo cuando empieza la cosecha que se puede alargar hasta abril o mayo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a8c7af;\"><strong>EL GUISANTE A LA COCINA<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Esta legumbre tan apreciada a nuestra gastronom\u00eda entra a las cocinas y a las recetas de much\u00edsimas maneras, algunas como acompa\u00f1amiento, otros como alimento principal, y a veces como complemento de un guiso. Aqu\u00ed os dejamos tres recetas saludables para que pod\u00e1is cocinarlas antes de que se acabe la temporada:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crema de guisantes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Esta receta es muy sencilla, solo necesitamos:\u00a0250g\u00a0de guisantes, 1 patata media, \u00bd cebolla, \u00bd puerro, aceite y sal.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Empezaremos haciendo un sofrito con la cebolla y el puerro picados con el aceite. Cuando est\u00e9n calentados, a\u00f1adimos los guisantes y la patata y cubrimos con agua. Dejadlo cocer 20 minutos y apagamos el fuego. Retir\u00e1is un poco del agua de cocci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adid sal y pimienta y trituradlo todo. Si la textura es demasiado espesa podemos\u00a0a\u00f1adir un poco del agua que hemos reservado y listos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Para darle un toque m\u00e1s de sabor, se pueden hervir las verduras con caldo en lugar de agua, sustituir la patata por m\u00e1s cantidad de guisantes o a\u00f1adir un\u00a0rajol\u00ed\u00a0de leche o nata al final.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sepia estofada con guisantes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Por esta receta necesitamos: 1 sepia, 2 cebollas, 4\u00a0dientes de ajo, 100 g de guisantes, 2 tomates maduros.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">En primer lugar, limpiaremos la sepia y la cortaremos a dados no muy peque\u00f1os y la sofreiremos aproximadamente 20 minutos con un poco de aceite para que suelte el agua. Mientras tanto, cortamos la cebolla a la juliana, laminamos los ajos y rayamos los tomates. Una vez pasados los 20 minutos, lo a\u00f1adimos a la cazuela y lo sofre\u00edmos todo junto 5 minutos. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adimos 2 vasos de agua y lo cocemos 20 minutos aproximadamente antes de a\u00f1adir los guisantes que los dejaremos cocer 10 minutos m\u00e1s. Salpimentadlo y listo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guisantes con cebolla y huevo\u00a0poch\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Y finalmente os dejamos esta receta que combina guisantes con <a href=\"https:\/\/xarxaproductesdelaterra.diba.cat\/productes-singulars\/pesol-de-llavaneres\">huevos<\/a> y no es una tortilla. Necesitaremos: 150 g de guisantes, 1 cebolla y 1 huevo por persona.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Picamos la cebolla peque\u00f1a y la sofre\u00edmos. Cuando est\u00e9 transparente, a\u00f1adimos los guisantes con un pellizco de sal y pimienta. A\u00f1adid un poco de agua sin llegar a cubrirlo y dejadlo cocer unos 12 minutos.
