Tan simple como esto. Por lo tanto, aunque te suene como una cosa extra\u00f1a o artificial, no lo es para nada o al menos no m\u00e1s que un queso.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"traductor-checkbox form-group\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-offset-2 col-sm-5\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a8c7af;\"><strong>Cu\u00e1les son las propiedades nutricionales del tofu?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El tofu natural es un alimento muy <strong>bajo en calor\u00edas y r\u00edo en prote\u00ednas vegetales de gran calidad<\/strong>. Por eso, tiene que consumirse como <strong>sustituto<\/strong> otros alimentos ricos en prote\u00ednas animales como, por ejemplo, el pollo, el pescado o los huevos. Tambi\u00e9n aporta una cantidad nada negligible de grasas saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en funci\u00f3n del tipo de coagulante que se utilice para fabricar este queso vegetal, el tofu puede ser muy rico en calcio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Busca aquellos que entre su lista de ingredientes lleven una sal de tipo c\u00e1lcico como el sulfato c\u00e1lcico o el cloruro c\u00e1lcico y estr\u00e0s aumentando mucho la ingesta de este mineral.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a8c7af;\"><strong>Es necesario comer tofu para comida sana?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>No. No hay ning\u00fan alimento imprescindible para comer sano y el tofu no es una excepci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, resulta un alimento muy interesante de incorporar a la alimentaci\u00f3n, puesto que <strong>nos permite reducir el consumo de alimentos de origen animal<\/strong> en pro de prote\u00ednas vegetales de la misma calidad, pero con menor aportaci\u00f3n de grasas saturadas.<\/p>\n<form class=\"formulari form-horizontal\" data-gtm-form-interact-id=\"0\">\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Aunque el tofu resulta un alimento de uso habitual en personas\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkeat.cat\/dieta-vegana-saludable-es-posible\/)\">veganas<\/a> que no consumen alimentos de origen animal, no es ne<strong>cesario ser vegano para meterlo en tu cocina y beneficiarse de sus propiedades nutricionales.<\/strong><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">El consumo de tofu puede alternarse perfectamente con la carne y el pescado. As\u00ed que, igual que otros alimentos como la pasta, en general <strong>requerir\u00e1 que le aportamos sabor con una salsa, especies, hierbas, verduras, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"traductor-textarea form-group\">\n<div class=\"textarea-desti col-xs-12 col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"form-control second-textarea\">Puede consumirse perfectamente crudo en una ensalada, aunque habitualmente se cocina unos minutos. Se puede cocinar a la plancha, saltado, al horno, fre\u00eddo, enlucido, etc. Puede cortarse a dados a lonchas o desmigarlo para usarlo en una salsa bolo\u00f1esa, por ejemplo.
